Coptic Easter Food Drive for Families and Orphans In Egypt

It's that time of year again! Coptic Orthodox Easter is May 5th, 2024 this year. This will be our 10th year raising money. We have raised $16,000 the past 9 years. Last year we had another record donations that reached $3,000. The impact that made words cant describe. What a blessing. We are going to raise our goal to $4000!

Easter is a good time for us to think of the families that are less fortunate. This year more than ever we need lots of help, COVID-19 has affected so many lives financially and many are out of work. We are blessed to be in a country where most of us will get some kind of financial break. Most folks we help year in and year out are in tougher shape than previous years. BUT we can do this as we have for the last 10 years, let’s put our hands together.

As a refresher, there are hundreds of families in Port Said , Egypt that the church takes care of for the holidays. But as said before the church really depends on donations to provide Easter dinner to these families. Each family will receive a "care package" with everything they need to make a meal. Anything you can donate will go straight to these families. God Bless all of you
