Hola, somos Isabella y Estefanía Bolívar Méndez. Isa se encuentra finalizando su último año de bachillerato, y Estefanía estudiando en la Universidad Metropolitana. Somos una familia de cuatro, conjunto a nuestra mamá, Dinorah, y nuestro papá, Alberdi.
Nuestro papá, Alberdi, siempre ha sido un excelente papá, extremadamente dedicado, un apoyo incondicional, siempre presente para rescatarnos ante cualquier situación.
Ahora es nuestro turno de rescatarlo a él, y para eso, les pedimos su ayuda.
Nuestro papá fue diagnosticado con cáncer de garganta, en este momento, en medio de la crisis mundial del Covid19.
En los primeros días del mes de abril, nuestro papá, asistió a una consulta médica por presentar una molestia en la faringe, el médico le realizó un examen y observó asimetría con aumento de volumen de las amígdalas, en consecuencia le recetó antibiótico y antiinflamatorio. Luego de dos semanas, nuestro papá acudió nuevamente a la consulta, observando mayor aumento de volumen e induración, por lo cual procedimos a realizar diversos exámenes. El día 17 de abril, recibimos el informe el cual señala que las pruebas arrojaron Carcinoma de células escamosas moderadamente diferenciado; en pocas palabra cáncer de garganta.
Para iniciar su recuperación, nuestro papá debe comenzar con Radioterapia y Quimioterapia lo más pronto posible por el rápido crecimiento del cáncer , por ocho semanas continúas; para luego realizar nuevos exámenes y tomar decisión de los próximos pasos a seguir, en las cuales se visualiza la realización de una operación quirúrgica.
Por esta razón, acudimos a ustedes para que nos ayuden en este proceso tan difícil, para enfrentar estos gastos y poder garantizarle a nuestro papá el mejor proceso posible y por supuesto su total recuperación y sanación.

Our dad, Alberdi, has always been an excellent dad, extremely dedicated, an unconditional support, always present to rescue us in any situation.

At this moment, in the middle of the world crisis of Covid19, our dad was diagnosed with throat cancer.
In the first days of April, our father went to a medical consultation, because he had discomfort in his throat. The doctor examined him and observed an asymmetry with an increase in the volume of his tonsils, and consequently prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. After two weeks, our father went to the consultation again, observing a greater increase in volume and induration, and we proceeded to perform several tests. On April 17th, we received the report which indicated that the tests showed moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma; in short, throat cancer.
To start his recovery, our dad should start with Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy for eight continuous weeks, and we shall start soon as possible due to cancer’s fast growth, to later carry out new tests and make a decision on the next steps to follow, in which the performance of a surgical operation is visualized.
For this reason, we come to you to help us in this difficult process, to face these expenses, and to be able to guarantee our dad the best possible medical process, and of course his total recovery and healing.
