False Start is a psychological horror-dark comedy about an aspiring serial killer named Shelley, created by Ella Price and Cait Rowe and starring Julia Daigh.

Ella and Cait are queer filmmakers who have been making movies together since 2018. This is our last project before Cait goes off to grad school in August.

False Start is being filmed in Dayton by an all-volunteer cast and crew who are students and alumni of Wright State University. We're raising money to feed our volunteers and to pay for costumes and props.
