I’m taking on the thrill of skydiving from 15,000 feet to raise funds for Autism Hampshire, a cause that’s deeply personal to me. Every day, I have the privilege of working with individuals with autism, challenging behaviors, and learning difficulties. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges they face everyday, but also the incredible strength and individuality they bring to this world.

Before starting this job, I was unaware of the true complexities and daily challenges that come with autism. Working so closely with these individual has completely changed that. I’ve had the privilege of being part of their lives, celebrating moments that might seem small to others, but represent huge breakthroughs for them. Watching the guys overcome fears, manage challenges, and grow in confidence has been incredibly humbling and inspiring. Knowing that I’ve played even a small role in helping them reach those moments is something I carry with me every day.

Autism Hampshire is a vital organization that provides essential resources, raises awareness, and offers support to individuals and families navigating autism. By raising funds through this skydive, I hope to give back to a cause that reflects everything I’ve learned through my work - how important understanding, patience, and the right support truly are. My goal is to help contribute to a world that is more inclusive, informed, and supportive for people with autism and those who love and care for them.
