Fallen Hero- support for the family of Sgt. Aaron Sailors
Donation protected
Emma Sailors has lost the love of her life, her son Boston has lost his father and our nation has lost another hero. Husband, father & hero - Aaron Blate Sailors (Cox) - died on June 5, 2025 as a result of injuries sustained while on an overseas deployment.
To say that Emma’s heart is broken, even crushed, is an immense understatement. In her words, “I am in shock. I feel hollow. My heart has been ripped from my chest. I will never be the same.”
He was an incredible husband, father, son, brother, friend and leader to the soldiers around him. His faith in the Lord showed everyone who encountered what a Godly man truly looks like. In every sense of the phrase, he led by example.
Despite only being married for a year, Emma and Aaron shared what she describes as ‘a love that surpasses human understaning’. Their year as husband and wife was filled with laughter, love and the gift of life. More specifically, a handsome, four-months-young fella within whom the legacy of his father will live on for the rest of his years. While the time they had together may have been short by most standards, their marital cup definitely runneth over.
“It will never make sense to me why God calls people home when He does. Why it seems so unfair that we have to lose someone we love so young. To us, we had our whole life ahead of us, planning our next moves and excited to be together again…to be a family again. Life is forever changed. I am blessed to have experienced it with him. To know him was to know God’s goodness.” - Emma
It is impossible to anticipate the path that lies ahead of Emma and Boston. At this point, it is literally one breath at a time. If you feel led to give in any way, please know it will be a wonderful investment in not only their current obligations - but more importantly - their futures.
Thank you in advance for any consideration you may give and Godspeed to our fallen Hero, Father and Husband.
