On behalf of the Central Ohio FOOLS and the Washington Township Professional Firefighters IAFF L3036, we are saddened to announce the death of active Firefighter/Paramedic Charles Swank. Charles was a dedicated husband, father, brother, son, and firefighter who tragically passed away of a medical emergency in the line of duty while at a fire training in Florida. Charles was a decorated combat veteran of the United States Army 82nd airborne, earning a bronze star, a very active F.O.O.LS. member and long standing past president for the Central Ohio F.O.O.L.S. while also maintaining a fierce dedication to his family. Charles leaves behind his wife; Alaina, and 5 children; Jaxson, Kasey, Haylee, Trey, and Troy whom he loved deeply.

100% of funds raised will be given to Charle’s wife and kids.

Fees will be taken care of by entities involved.
