Blue Tulip Human Rights Center (BTHRC) has been awarding scholarships to Turkish students studying in the United States, particularly those whose families, previously employed in public services, have been subjected to mass dismissals. Since 2021, BTHRC has provided more 250 scholarships to students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees in the US.

To continue supporting these students, BTHRC has launched a GoFundMe campaign. The goal is to raise $27,000 to assist college students for the fall semester of 2025.
