Faiz has complex congenital heart disease. His ventricle size is unbalanced. He has not been offered bi-ventricular (where both ventricles can work) repair in Pakistan or India.

Dr. Ram Emani at Boston Children's Hospital in Boston, USA, is an expert in Bi ventricular repairs.

Echo and Cath CD were sent to Dr. Emani, and after reviewing, he is hopeful that Faiz can get a complete repair.

However, they would need a cardiac MRI and another cath ( angiography) before making a final decision.

Dr. Emani is also anticipating multiple surgeries from the get-go.

The total Surgery Cost is USD 284,679, which has been taken care of by a reputable and generous family in Pakistan.

Funds collected from GOFUNDME will be used for air travel and accommodation expenses near the Boston Children’s Hospital. We have to make special arrangements for air travel because of Faiz’s current medical condition.
