Help Faith Get the Wheelchair She Needs

Hi everyone,

We are raising funds for beautiful Faith, who is 8 years old. Faith is a bright, loving little girl who brings so much joy to everyone around her. One of the things she loves most is going to school — it’s a huge part of her life and something she looks forward to every single day.

Faith struggles with mobility due to her Down Syndrome and is unable to walk very far. Because of this, even short journeys can be very difficult for her. Sadly, this means that she often can’t walk to school, which is a big thing for her because she truly loves being there with her friends and teachers.

We recently tried to get Faith assessed for a wheelchair, but unfortunately she was turned down for an assessment. Without the support she needs, everyday things that other children take for granted can become a real challenge.

We want to raise funds to buy Faith a suitable wheelchair so she can continue doing the things she loves most — especially getting to school and enjoying days out with family and friends. Having the right wheelchair would make such a big difference to her independence, comfort, and happiness.
