Faith-Courage-Forward Join us in helping Eric Gregg recover

On February 23rd, Eric suffered a fall that led to a broken hip. Just a week prior, he had resumed his chemotherapy treatments after discovering that his cancer had returned. Since the incident, Eric has been hospitalized and underwent surgery in Madisonville, KY, on February 26th. Due to a diminished appetite, he will be receiving a temporary feeding tube tomorrow to ensure he gets the essential nutrients needed for his recovery. The plan is for him to remain at Ferrell Hospital for monitoring post-surgery before being discharged to return home.
We are reaching out for financial support to help cover the costs of overnight home health care, which typically ranges from $25 to $30 per hour. The length of this care is uncertain and will depend on how well he adjusts to the feeding tube and his overall recovery. Our main objective is to assist Eric in regaining his strength so he can continue his chemotherapy treatments. Patti is currently not working, as she has been by Eric's side in the hospital. She plans to take an unpaid family leave to help care for him. We are deeply appreciative of any donations we receive during this difficult time. This is a situation that no one expects to face until it happens. Eric and Patti have always been committed to their community and have given so much back. We kindly ask for your prayers for our family and for Eric’s recovery. Although Eric cannot use his phone to respond to everyone, he is incredibly grateful for all the thoughts and prayers. We look forward to the day he can return to his beloved weekly motivational Facebook videos that we all treasure.
