It is with extremely heavy hearts that we inform everyone that our Faith has passed on. 

Because of her her love for hockey, the team she plays for and her school which she attended loved and made a lifetime of friends, we will be splitting all donations in lieu of flowers to the Cambridge Lakes Charter School and the Wolf Pack hockey club in Faiths honor. We are truly thankful for all of your support during this difficult time.
