My precious four-year-old nephew, Nathan James Acosta, was airlifted to the hospital last Thursday October 16th, where he was diagnosed with Leukemia. As a God-fearing family, we are trusting in God’s plan and the strength He provides, knowing that each day brings new opportunities for growth, hope, and courage.

Nathan is so full of life, he loves mountain biking, practicing jiu-jitsu, all things outdoors and making everyone around him smile. Despite this sudden diagnosis, his strength and courage shine through every day.

Over the next two years, Nathan will be receiving chemotherapy every Friday, along with frequent hospital visits, tests, and treatments. As you can imagine, this comes with not only emotional challenges but also substantial financial strain. The funds we raise will help cover:

* Medical expenses not covered by insurance (hospital bills, medications, lab work)

* Transportation costs (frequent hospital trips, including airlifting)

* Easing the financial burden while his parents devote their time to his care and healing

* Assisting with financial and logistical strain as his parents juggle treatment for Nathan and the care of his younger sister

* Special dietary needs and supplements to support his health

* Therapy, adaptive equipment, or recreational needs to help keep his spirits up during treatment

Mi precioso sobrino de cuatro años, Nathan James Acosta, fue trasladado en helicóptero al hospital el pasado Jueves 16 de Octubre, donde le diagnosticaron Leucemia. Como familia temerosa de Dios, confiamos en Su plan y en la fuerza que nos da, sabiendo que cada día trae nuevas oportunidades para crecer, tener esperanza y valentía.

Nathan está lleno de vida; le encanta el ciclismo de montaña, practicar jiu-jitsu, todas las actividades al aire libre y hacer sonreír a todos los que lo rodean. A pesar de este diagnóstico repentino, su fortaleza y valentía brillan cada día.

Durante los próximos dos años, Nathan recibirá quimioterapia todos los viernes, junto con frecuentes visitas al hospital, análisis y tratamientos. Como se pueden imaginar, esto no solo implica desafíos emocionales, sino también una carga financiera considerable. Los fondos que recaudemos ayudarán a cubrir:
