FAITH IN HUMANITY WITH THE GUIDANCE FROM “GOD”

Hello Everyone

My name is Randy Combs and I am 41 years old. I currently live in Fayetteville NC and have been living here for about 3 years now. The reason I am asking for the help in this platform and from friends and family and strangers. Is because sometimes in life we simply have to ask for some help and have to understand we can’t control everything that happens in life and we can’t always do it alone. Not so many years ago I had 3 Surgeries performed on my right Testicle and the end game of the series of surgeries. Resulted in the removal of my right Testicle due to Cysts that kept growing back. The pain was completely overwhelming and unbearable at times. Now a few years later I have the same exact situation to deal with. Last year being January 4,2022 I had another surgery here in Nc at wake medical center. The urologist had to remove the cysts and epididymus on my left testicle. Now a year later I am in the same exact situation and have to have surgery Tuesday morning May 2,2023. He will be removing my second and final testicle. Meaning I will no longer have any testicles and I will need to be put on testosterone shots or supplements for the remainder of my life. I didn’t even want to create this post or ask for help. But being I do not have any insurance and no other way to make it thru this. I am at a crossroad and I have to ask for help from friends and family and strangers. All I am asking for is a little help so I can pay bills and get medical treatment that is absolutely needed. I will be out of work for 6-8 weeks and I am the owner of a small handyman business. I work extremely hard and have since I was 15 years old. I do not like the fact I have to even ask for this from anyone. I can only hope and pray that mankind and the human race still has some compassion and is willing to help when someone needs it. I firmly believe in paying it forward and I always do what I can to help anyone. I’m just truly trying to survive this hurdle in my life and with your help I can atleast have a chance to get passed it. I want to say in advance. We have lost sight of who we all are in this world. If anyone wants to see the proof of my medical records or my situation I am glad to share them privately. I really and truly believe there are angels that walk among us. If you can find it in your heart and you have the ability to help me. I will greatly appreciate any support and help I receive.
