FAITH, HOPE & HEALING: Support Dustin & Taryn
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-Hearted Supporters,
I am reaching out on behalf of my daughter, Taryn, a devoted 24-year-old who has selflessly been caring for her father, Dustin, as he battles chronic lung disease. For several years, Dustin has faced serious health challenges, and over the past year, Dustin and the girls have been walking the long, difficult road toward a lifesaving lung transplant.
While we had expected the transplant to happen later this year, God had other plans-and in an incredible turn of events, things have moved much faster than anticipated. We are so grateful for this blessing, but it has brought with it a number of unexpected and immediate financial needs.
Taryn and Dustin will now need to temporarily relocate from their home in Wichita, KS to Dallas, TX for at least four months or longer to be near the transplant center for Dustin's recovery. The cost of a modest one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Dallas is around $1,600/month plus utilities, and they will also need to continue covering expenses for their home back in Wichita and continued medical expenses.
Taryn has worked two jobs for the past year and a half while also building her real estate career, diligently saving to prepare for this journey. However, during their time in Dallas, she will not be able to work as she will be providing full-time care for her dad and managing the many medical appointments required for his recovery.
We are humbly asking for help to support Taryn and Dustin during this crucial time. Your donation-no matter how small-will help them afford medical, housing, utilities, travel, and essential living expenses while focusing on Dustin's healing and recovery.
If you're unable to give financially, we completely understand and truly believe in the power of prayer. Please keep Dustin and the girls in your prayers as they navigate this difficult, yet hopeful chapter.
Thank you for reading, sharing, caring and most importantly for praying. We know that God is not done with their story, and we can't wait to see His glory revealed through it all.
With heartfelt gratitude,
