Psalm 46:1
God is our refuge & strength, an ever present help in trouble.
On April 21st 2026 tragedy struck the Jauregui/Rivas family, around 2:30 pm a fiery blaze engulfed the entire home in minutes due to powerful winds, by the grace of God, 2 elderly, 1 adult, and 3 children narrowly escaped with the help of their neighbors. This resulted in a total loss of the home.
Investigations are still ongoing, in the meantime we have started this gofundme to help assist the Jauregui/Rivas family get through this tragedy as they start to rebuild a new life for themselves.
This is a family of deep faith. Amidst the ashes, a family heirloom of our lord and savior Christ stood. Unburnt. We surrender ourselves to our faith in Christ, and surrender ourselves to the goodwill of our neighbors & our community.

Dios es nuestro refugio y fortaleza, nuestra ayuda segura en momentos de angustia.
El 21 de abril de 2026, una tragedia golpeó a la familia Jauregui/Rivas. Aproximadamente a las 2:30 p.m., un fuerte incendio consumió por completo la casa en cuestión de minutos debido a los intensos vientos. Por la gracia de Dios, 2 personas mayores, 1 adulto y 3 niños lograron salir con vida gracias también a la ayuda de sus vecinos. Esto resultó en la pérdida total del hogar.
Las investigaciones aún continúan. Mientras tanto, hemos iniciado este GoFundMe para ayudar a la familia Jauregui/Rivas a sobrellevar esta tragedia mientras comienzan a reconstruir una nueva vida.
Esta es una familia de gran fe. Entre las cenizas, una reliquia familiar de nuestro Señor y Salvador Cristo quedó de pie, sin quemarse.
Nos entregamos a nuestra fe en Cristo y también a la buena voluntad de nuestros vecinos y de nuestra comunidad.
