Help My Father Bernardino Navarrete Receive the Gift of Life Through Faith and Healing

Our family is walking a very difficult journey, but we are holding tightly to our faith and trust in God’s plan.

My father, Bernardino, also known to many as "Nino," is currently battling end-stage renal disease and depends on life-sustaining hemodialysis treatments three times a week. While we are grateful for these treatments, they are not a cure—only a way to sustain him as he continues to fight each day with strength and courage.

He is also facing multiple serious health conditions, including type 2 diabetes complicated by diabetic retinopathy and cataracts, which have significantly affected his vision. He suffers from diabetic neuropathy, causing weakness and loss of sensation, along with hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and gastroesophageal reflux disease. These illnesses have made it impossible for him to continue working and providing for himself.

Despite all of this, my father continues to persevere with faith in his heart. He is currently being cared for with so much love by his son Giovanni and his wife Esther, who are doing everything they can to support him through this challenging time.

We truly believe in the power of prayer and that God is our ultimate healer. A kidney transplant would be a life-changing blessing for my father—a chance for renewed strength, more time with his loved ones, and freedom from the burden of constant dialysis.
