Fairview Soccer - Field Renovations

Tax deductible
FSA has an exciting announcement about our program and something new we are bringing to the community of Fairview. Since 2000 FSA has been committed to providing a fun and safe environment for your kids to share in a sport we all love. Over the last 2 years, we have been working on ways to invest back into our program and provide a better product for Fairview and for our members. The results show this year in the attendance jump of our training program for which FSA covers 50% for each player that attends.

During our spring season, we were delayed due to an issue with our fields caused by armadillos, this delay may honestly have been the best thing to ever happen to FSA. Due to the issues, we got a lot of exposure to the county and began discussions around potential renovations to our fields. It took a solid three months but the board is excited to announce that starting next Spring the FSA fields will get a full overhaul! Williamson County Parks & Rec (WCPR) and FSA will be installing a brand new irrigation system into both our upper and lower fields along with brand new sod of Bermuda grass to complete our renovations.  This is going to put Fairview on par with many of the WCPR fields you see Franklin/Brentwood. We have attached the irrigation layout to give you an idea of the work and layout of the irrigation. The sod and irrigation are both being expanded on the upper fields to allow for plenty of future growth of our program.

But we need our members help… FSA is going to be responsible for paying $20,000 worth of the renovations. We feel between our members and our sponsors this is fully achievable by January next year. We have decided to set up a GoFundMe page to allow our members to donate directly to us. FSA is a 501(c)(3), so any contributions are tax deductible.

This is something that has been a dream of every board that has come before the current and we could not have done it without them. As your current board, we are proud that this is something we could see come to fruition not only for our members to have a better place to play soccer but also to the city of Fairview, as a lot of people use these fields just to play on every day.
