Fairfield Bowling Club prides itself on being a warm and friendly community heritage club that welcomes everyone as part of its family.
We provide multiple services to the local community through hosting private functions, community meetings, barefoot bowls and pennant bowls.
Since March 2020 Covid-19 restrictions have placed a financial strain on the club where we have not been able to operate and as a result there has been no turnover. We’ve cancel all private functions, fundraising and social events. These are all vital for the survival of the club as we rely on these to keep the club thriving. We do not receive funding from local councils or governments and rely heavy on our members and community support.
Our volunteers and club committees have worked around the clock picking up every opportunity to reduce running expenses.
Our goal is to make sure that we can continue to support the community and remain open as a place for everyone to come and feel included, have a drink and make new friends. We kindly appreciate your support in any way big or small to ensure we can remain in a positive position once we are able to reopen.
