Help RidgeMoor Homeowners Protect Fair and Lawful HOA Governance

We are a group of concerned homeowners in the RidgeMoor community in Rowland Heights, California. An increasing number of residents have concerns about HOA governance, election fairness, and whether the association is complying with its governing documents and California law.

This fundraiser collects voluntary donations to support Ridgemoor homeowners’ efforts to seek accountability and resolution regarding disputes with the current HOA board, including pursuing a fair and lawful election and governance process and addressing actions that homeowners believe may be improper or inconsistent with governing documents or applicable law. Funds may be used for attorney fees, court and filing fees, records and document costs, expert or consultant services, communications and organizing expenses, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) such as mediation or arbitration, and other lawful and reasonable costs directly related to seeking a resolution of this dispute. Donations are not an investment or a purchase, outcomes are not guaranteed, and donations are generally final and non-refundable.
