Help Fund a Fair Chance at Legal Review

Someone close to me is incarcerated and needs experienced legal counsel to review their case and pursue any available options. I believe everyone should have a fair chance to challenge what happened, but access to that chance can depend on whether they can afford the legal help they need.

Without adequate representation, they risk remaining in a situation with no clear path forward. Donations will help pay for qualified counsel, case records, and related legal expenses so their case can receive a thorough review.

I’m organizing this fundraiser on someone else’s behalf. Donations will be deposited into my account, and I will use them for the legal expenses described here. I’ll provide updates about how the funds are used while protecting the person’s privacy.

I’m keeping their identity and my relationship to them private while the legal process continues. I can’t promise a particular outcome, but I’m trying to raise the resources needed to give them a meaningful opportunity to address their situation. Any contribution or share would help.
