Hi, Thank you for visiting Fahira's Gofundme page.  Fahira has been recently diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease, which is an aggressive heart disease and needs an emergency operation.  Fahira is only 13 years old and currently living in Kabul, Afghanistan with her parents and other siblings.  
Doctors say that 95% of her arteries are clogged due to Mitral Valve Stenosis and she is in a desperate need of a heart surgery and  the surgery has to be done as soon as possible to save her life.  
Her mother is a stay at home mom and her father works as a teacher and his salary is only enough to bring food for the family and pay the rent.  
Fahira has only three months to spend with her family if she doesn't get this life saving surgery.  
This type of surgery needs expert Pediatric Surgeons and Cardiovascular Surgeons who are not available in Afghanistan righ now and they have to take her to India as soon as possible.  Her father is in need of help from us for the travel expenses to India and Fahiras heart surgery plus the hospital bills.
