Art From Ashes: Help Fahamu Rebuild

32848978_1536634169578402_r.jpegFahamu Pecou is far more than an internationally renowned artist; he is a tireless, selfless contributor to the causes of youth empowerment and the growth of the Atlanta art scene.

While traveling abroad, Fahamu Pecou's studio was completely decimated by fire.

Fortunately no one was in the building at the time, but YEARS of work, supplies, tools, and fond memories lay in ashes when he finally had a chance to see what was left of the space.

We are excited to announce that we have started a GoFundMe campaign to help Fahamu rebuild. This GoFundMe is one of the ways we can help to try to restore what was lost and help someone who has helped so many.  He is anxious to resume working on his projects and we are excited for the day we reach our goal and ultimately HIS goal to set up shop in a new studio space!

Fahamu's wife, Jamila Crawford Pecou, is the beneficiary AND co-organizer of this essential campaign...

Please support by DONATING and SHARING with your friends and family.

Thank you so much for your time, contributions and prayers.
