Fae's Emergency Surgery

My 4 year old cat, Fae, recently got into a sewing kit and ingested a needle and thread. X-rays and surgical removal of the needle has a medical bill of approximately $5,000.00

Fae is the sweetest cat, and has been a loving companion since she was a kitten. Any help is greatly appreciated.
