Hi, I am raising funds for my cousin, Fadia, who is wheelchair-bound. She needs an operation to repair bone loss and muscle atrophy in the pelvis area; without which her body will be in a continuous state of infection.

Fadia has suffered from a bedsore that went on untreated for a while and caused serious damage to pelvis bones and tissues. She's had 4 operations in the past 2 years, and yet she needs another one! She was forced to stop working due to bone infections. Without this operation, Fadia's body will always be immunocompromised and at potential risk of septic poisoning.

Fadia contracted polio and lost the ability to walk at age 10. Despite this adversity, she has done well for herself; always independent, healthy, resilient and feisty. For the past 30 years, Fadia, as an established esthetician, successfully ran her own beauty salon. She loves her family and friends and always jumps in to help whoever was in need.
