Fadia Mikawi Double Mastectomy Surgery

My name is Nadia Itani and I am fundraising on behalf of a family friend, Fadia Mikkawi. Fadia lives in Beirut, Lebanon, and if you know anything about the conditions of the country at the moment, money and resources are hard to come by. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and has been fighting through chemotherapy for some time. She now requires a double, or bilateral, mastectomy, which will save her life and bring her some hope for her future.

Unfortunately, this is a rush surgery, which needs to be funded by the start of December 2021, which leaves a week to raise as much money as we can for her.

I hope that we, as a community, can work together to support her in her goal to live her life to the fullest. She deserves so much love and support, and even the smallest bit of help makes a difference.
