Hi, my name is Jason, and I never imagined I’d find myself needing to ask for help — but after a recent accident, I’m in a tough spot.

I fell down a flight of steps and broke my wrist pretty badly. The injury requires surgery, ongoing medical care, and physical therapy. On top of the medical expenses, I’ve also been told I’ll be out of work for up to four months while I recover. That means limited income, just as the bills keep rolling in.
