Facing eviction from hardship

Hey guys, I’m sorry to do this but over the past few months my mental health has been down the drain. I first lost my job in February and was late on rent and my landlord had told me they added late fees. She withheld that even though the past four months I paid rent on time that she continued to add late fees because of this so everytime I paid rent I was just paying the late fees but they were still continuing. In March I had to leave my other job because I was trying to do inpatient for my mental health so then it was hard for me to keep up again. I feel like that I had gotten into a predatory situation here even though I was transparent with my landlord about my situation. She is saying that because of the late fees I owe about more than one months worth of rent and she’s is giving a notice to vacate if I don’t pay.
