I'm a hard-working person who has never created a GoFundMe for myself, asked for government assistance, or needed help like this before. My wife and I are now just living on her Social Security, and until I get better, I need help now.

My medical problems started with a simple blister on my right foot big toe in July. It then opened up and never healed. I had infected bone removed from it, but about 3 weeks ago, just before Thanksgiving, the infection spread, and I had all my toes removed. To top it off, our insurance expires at year-end, and we don't have the money to pay the increase or our current out-of-pocket medical bills. We are also struggling with paying for groceries and our basic monthly household bills
