Production of Face Shields for Healthcare Workers

We are a medical device company that predominantly manufactures a device for the delivery of breast implants. As a result of this COVID-19 pandemic, we have converted a portion of our design and production facility to produce the components of disposable face shields which we are donating to health care professionals and first responders throughout the United States. 

We have enlisted the help of local volunteers in the assembly and packaging of these face shields, but we need help in covering the costs for the raw materials which include:

- Transparent PVC film
- Adhesive foam strips
- Sterilization Packaging
- Anti-Fogging Spray
- Sterile Processing

Each shield costs roughly $1.35 ($0.85 to produce and another $0.50 to ship), and we are currently self-funding this entire project. Any financial support would be greatly appreciated. We are currently working on our first production run of 10,000 shields, and we will continue making them for as long as they are needed, so no donation is too small!
