Face Shield Donations for Doctors
Donation protected
We have successfully completed the project and we no longer accept any donations. Thanks for your generosity and support!
We are 53 kids who formed a youth group called Clarksville Youth Care Group. We started from Clarksville area and spanned to Howard County. We are making DIY face shields for doctors and medical professionals dealing with the Corona virus first hand. With these face shields, doctors can be better protected from the virus with the shields blocking the infection coughed out by patients and such.
We followed the Johns Hopkins face shields procedure after they kindly shared the directions on how to make them, with some improvements. Our shields are 9"x12".
We have proudly made 3660 face shields and donated to96 different healthcare groups over 7 States.
45 hospitals
4 urgent care
18 dental offices
12 clinics
17 first responders
So far, the doctors are really enjoying them and have told us they are very comfortable and helpful!

Healthcare workers could request free face shields here. Please ask for reasonable quantity for your group. These are reusable shields. You could easily wipe them with disinfection wipes and reuse them. They are also very durable.
