My name is Victoria Fabbo, and food has always been at the heart of my life. Growing up in Everett, MA, I spent my childhood in my parents’ Italian restaurant, where I learned firsthand how meals can bring people together. My passion for food led me to earn an AS in Baking and Pastry and a BS in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, followed by a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. These experiences have shaped my belief that food is not just about nourishment—it’s about connection, culture, and joy.
That’s why I created Fabulous Foods with Victoria Fabbo International Television Show. My goal is to educate the public on preparing and cooking meals, celebrate the diverse ways we enjoy food, and inspire others to try new recipes at home. In today’s busy world, it’s easy to rely on takeout or frozen meals, but I want to show families how cooking together can be fun, healthy, and deeply meaningful. Through this show, I hope to activate the potential in everyone to explore new cuisines, embrace nutrition education, and create lasting memories around the kitchen table.
To bring this vision to life, I am seeking support to hire a film crew, editor, and marketing team, as well as to find sponsors who can help uplift this project. A passion comes from your soul as it dreams and meditates—this is mine: to travel the world and showcase how similar we are from one meal to the next. Connection happens around the kitchen table all around the world. It may start with one bowl of rice, a mango, or even anchovy pasta. Food is how we relate, and I want the world to see how relatable we all are to one another. Please support and share this journey so we can inspire more families to cook, connect, and thrive together.
