Hello, my name is Ana Arevalo and I live in Livermore, California. My 5 year-old cousin broke his humerus and elbow while playing on the monkey bars at school, and is in desperate need of surgery. My cousin's name is Fabian (aka Fabiancito), and he is the sweetest and cutest little boy. He lives in Guatemala City where his parents own a bakery. His family is so very close. Fabian and his older sister, Valeria, are best friends and are very sweet kids. 

Fabian's arm and elbow injury involves damage to the nerves and blood vessels, and can only be fixed with surgery. His family's insurance does not cover the surgical expenses, and the out-of-pocket cost is $3,000. We hope that Fabian can have this surgery and recover quickly!!
