fabian's home renovation

was flipping a house in az last year when i met this guy from across the street.  Their mom has been  in  jail and father has never been around. Their Grandma Silvia has been raising Fabian(9), his sister Erika(1.5) and her own 3rd (32) child on food stamps for fabians entire life..   They have been living in a home grandma Silvia bought decades ago but hasnt been able to make any repairs for years.  By raising these funds it will allow me to make the repairs necessary to allow them to hopefully be more comfortable within their home. Tempuratures inside their home are typically over 100 in the summertime. They dont have hot water currently and almost all windows are broken.Please donate and share. I will update all house repairs weekly for those to see directly where their money went on my fb page. Also if you are in the  Phoenix area any donations of books, computers, games etc.. demo 1000-2500 pends on if we do flooring as we will then put in new baseboards.
drywall and stucco patch repair inside and out. 1500
baseboards 700
extraneous material 1000 (nails, calking, insulation, , etc.
front yard - 900 plants landscaping
backyard 1500 grass area to eat patio.
