Hello everyone,

My name is Fabian, and I'm thrilled to share something I'm truly passionate about with all of you! I'm opening a new breakfast spot here in Geneva, and my goal is to feed everyone who walks through the door.

-Ever since I was little, I've always been somebody that has always tried putting different foods together I couldn't do "French fries and ice cream" because I value texture too much. I watched Iron Chef faithfully and I love being mesmerized by shows like No Reservations and Bizarre Foods so of course as an adult food has helped me to heal. If I'm stressed, I cook. If I'm happy, I cook. If I'm nervous, I'm snacking. If I'm bored, I'm dreaming up combinations.

For me, feeding people isn't just about cooking or keeping bellies full. It's about filling a need, offering help, and providing something that Geneva truly wants. I believe mornings can be tough, and I want to take something off your plate by giving you something delicious to enjoy.

Where I am

Right now, I'm doing some fun market research to refine my idea.

My plan is to conduct trials/tastings to see what people like. This helps me figure out if an idea is good and, more importantly, if people would actually buy it. I've been working hard on the staple items – the dishes you'll want to come back for again and again – so I can continue to experiment with the rest of the menu.

These tastings will be free, with no pressure; just come eat! To cover the costs of these tastings, including sourcing a cooking space, ingredients, and other necessities, I need your help.

How you can help

We're raising $650 to cover the cost of these free tastings and to finalize the menu for my new place.
