Michael Laurent's Medical Fund

We are raising money for one of the most hardworking and giving families we know. Michael and Ester Laurent are always willing to help anyone in need or to give for any cause without hesitation. For everyone who knows them, knows this is no exaggeration on my part.
On Thursday April 6th, my Aunt Ester brought my Uncle Michael to the hospital after days of excruciating stomach pain. After seeing his doctor, they were told to go to the Emergency Room immediately. After seeing the doctor and having multiple tests run, the prognosis was his gall bladder. Michael was admitted to the hospital and had surgery on the very next day.
The surgeon said in all the years that he has practiced medicine, this was by far the worst case he had ever seen. Michael had over 100 gallstones, was in severe pain, and infection had started setting in. On Saturday April 8th in the afternoon, complications started to arise and Michael had to go back into surgery to have a procedure done. On that same evening, Michael was then transported to a hospital in New Orleans and was in ICU for three days. On Sunday April 9th, Michael had to go back under for a third procedure. After a long hard battle, lots of pain and three surgeries, Michael was finally released from the hospital on  April 12th.
Seven weeks after the second surgery, Michael has to go back into surgery and prayerfully this will be his last procedure.
Because of hospital bills and Michael being out of work for eight weeks, we are asking for your help. Thank you to all in advance and any amount will be greatly appreciated! Please keep praying for Michael as he continues on the road to recovery. God is good and we know that it is well.
