Hi my name is Fabian and I am hounded by a plethora of illnesses including heart issues, prostate issues, severe allergies and gastrointestinal issues, severe arthritis(2 types) and degenerative disc disease. Some of these problems demand urgent attention but I am not able to pay the estimated medical bills for treatment including surgeries. I am therefore humbly reaching out to my friends, family and others who can assist me at this time.
