Hi, this is District 9 City Councilor Tracey Bryant and Community Advocate Dahiana Acevedo.

On Sunday, November 30th, the Cochituate Homes Housing Community suffered a devastating fire that destroyed one building and severely damaged another. Many of our friends and neighbors have been displaced, and some remain hospitalized. We are asking the Framingham community to come together in prayer and support for every individual and family affected by this disaster.

To help provide immediate emergency assistance, we have created a GoFundMe page. Our goal is to ensure that these families receive the resources and care they need during this incredibly difficult time.

The outpouring of love, concern, and offers to help has already shown how compassionate Framingham residents truly are. We commend every organization, agency, and individual that has already begun gathering resources to support these families. Your support will help them rebuild, heal, and move forward with renewed hope.

On behalf of the families impacted, their friends, and neighbors, we thank you in advance. Together, we believe they will rise above this heartbreaking event and begin their journey toward recovery and renewal.
