Supporting Stephanie

Hi, my name is Justine and I am raising funds for my best friend, Stephanie.

She was hit by a minivan while trying to cross the street in St. Pete Beach, Fl on September 12, 2023.

Stephanie has been a staple on St. Pete Beach for years serving your favorite cocktails at Rick’s Reef on Gulf Boulevard. She is the first to say hello and greet you with a friendly smile while making you feel right at home. Stephanie will bend over backwards for her customers, and even more so for her friends and family. She has been my best friend for almost 20 years. During this time she has never asked me or anyone else for a dime. She is independent, self sufficient, has an outstanding work ethic, and will bust her ass to create a lifestyle she enjoys.

But that was all taken away from her last week… and now she needs our help!

Stephanie was hit by an minivan and catapulted to the asphalt road. Her shoulder, hands, knuckles, legs, knees, arms, neck, ears, and head are bruised, cut, and have road rash on them. Her left leg is broken, right thumb dislocated with torn tendons and ligaments requiring surgery, stitches in her head, and waiting for the MRI for her other leg. Keep in mind, this is right after she healed from her knee surgery!

Stephanie does not remember the accident. She remembers walking to her car, and waking up in a hospital bed. She is now home on meds and being taken care of by her husband, mother, and sister. Her doctors expect her to be out of work for 6-8 weeks.

I am asking everyone to donate anything they can to help Stephanie financially during this challenging time. Her bills do not care if she is unable to work…
