Support The Cadle Family

Hi, my name is Mike Cadle and I'm creating this fundraiser for my 45-year-old brother Pat. He is facing a life-changing medical crisis. Back in February of this year, he was admitted to the hospital with unbearable stomach pain. He was diagnosed with severe pancreatitis and remained there for 2 weeks. He was sent home in hopes that this vital organ would heal itself, surgery is not a safe option. After 2 weeks at home with strong pain medicine and no improvement he was readmitted to Winchester Hospital Center. Pancreatitis has not healed and they have discovered infected cysts on the outer wall of the organ. Due to the severity and complex nature of his case, he has now been transferred to UVA Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA. The specialists are continuing to hope that his pancreas can repair itself as surgery is very risky, delicate and not a current option. Pat has been unable to eat and has lost over 50 lbs in the past 6 weeks. He is a married father with 2 children in college and 2 in high school. He has been unable to work since February and is hospitalized without any prospects for release. Please pray for healing for Pat and comfort for his family. Please consider contributing financially if you are able. All funds will go directly to medical expenses and to assist his family during this difficult time.

Update 4/10/23: I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to each of you for the prayers and financial contributions. Friends, family and so many others who have never even met Pat have been so generous! I believe that when God wants to do something He pricks the hearts of His people to accomplish His will. Your willingness to respond with such love and kindness is overwhelming to me! I will be visiting Pat at UVA Medical this weekend and am so excited to share with him the results of this fundraiser. As he enters the 8th week of this medical crisis, I'm sure this news will be incredibly encouraging to him!
