I was recently released from the hospital after suffering a minor
heart attack. I spent six days there, two in the intensive care unit
and four days in a recovery room. I was diagnosed with a rare
heart condition Cardiomyopathy. As a result, I will have on-going medical expenses my cash reserves can’t cover. I will be immensely grateful for your support.
