My mom, Tracy Everland is suffering greatly with liver and kidney failure. She has cirrhosis of the liver and im unsure if she will recover or if she does, live a normal life. Her life was taken from her years ago by mental illness which she self medicated with alchohol for years. It wasn't until recently that she started developing issues from alchohol. Family pleaded with her to stop drinking and get help immediately but her mental illness had her fearful of seaking the help she needs. It took the Adult Protection Service to finally take her to the hospital, she was on the brink of death and still refusing help since she did not believe she was dying because if the confusion liver disease can cause combined with her mental issues. She wants to live, I can hear it in her voice and see it in her face. She was the best mother a son and daughter could have ever asked for growing up. She treated us well, and taught us kindness and love always prevails. She was a great mother to us as well as to our friends. she was the neighborhood mother and deserves so much more than she ever got. She didn't deserve what happened to her and doesn't deserve to be dying right now. I'm willing to do anything to give her another chance but I need help. If she makes it, she will be under supervision 24/7 and she will beat her addiction thanks to that, but to even give her that chance, she needs a working liver. That's why I'm seeking help anywhere I can. Please help me save my mother's life. I'm not sure yet if she will need a new liver or not to survive, but it doesn't look good and I don't just want her to just survive, I want her to live again. 600,000 is the average price for a liver transplant, but I'm only one man trying his best to just survive like everybody else. I can't do it alone and I'm willing to do anything to save her and give her a second chance. She would do anything for me and I want to be able to return the love she has for me. She did do everything for me. She gave me life and guided me in a positive direction. Please help me save her. I will post updates here in the description as time passes. Update: Just a few hours after making this, we found out that she does need a new liver.
