Khloe's Fight: Assist with a Toddler's Battle

Meet Khloe Paige Kozlowski. On July 7th, Khloe was rushed to WVU Ruby's Children's Hospital in Morgantown, WV where she was later admitted. This was only one week before Khloe's second birthday. After days of tests and two different biopsies, Khloe was diagnosed with AML Leukemia. Khloe is currently being treated for this rare type of cancer. Her father, Nicholas Kozlowski resides in Olean, NY. Nicholas has been traveling back and forth to be with his daughter over this time. Currently, Nick's employer is allowing him time to be with her, but because he does not qualify for NYS Paid Family Leave, he is facing a financial burden. Amy Petrice, her mother, was visiting with her family when this all began and since has been by Khloe's side every day at the hospital. Khloe is going through an aggressive chemotherapy treatment. However, the length of this treatment is still unknown.
