Jakey

Jakey has been a stalwart companion to our friend Laura (whom you may know as Lala) for 9 years now. Otherwise healthy and loving, he recently needed emergency surgery on his stomach and intestines. After an extensive procedure, the veterinary surgeons were able to save his life. Miraculously, he’s expected to make a full recovery. As you probably already know, emergency pet surgeries are extremely costly, and the bill from the hospital was exhaustive. Jakey needed additional care and services to ensure proper recovery, but he is mending well. The goal of our fundraising is to cover the entire cost of his treatment and remove the financial burden from our friend and her family. Details of his surgery available on request.
