Hi everyone,
We are asking for your help during one of the hardest times our family has faced. Our brother is currently being held at an ICE detention center in Jena, Louisiana. He has been a legal resident of the United States since 2002, has no prior deportations, and our entire immediate family are U.S. citizens.
Just this past Thursday, his residency card arrived in the mail — something we had been waiting and praying for. Despite this, he remains detained, and we are now facing overwhelming attorney fees to fight for his release and keep our family together.
Our brother has been an active and dedicated member of the Chattanooga, Tennessee community for many years. He works closely with his church, Retro Ministries, and has always been deeply committed to serving others. Every Saturday, he donates his time and resources to help feed and clothe individuals experiencing homelessness. He is one of the hardest-working people we know — always the first to show up when someone needs help.
To know him is to know his heart for others. This situation has been devastating for our entire family, and we are doing everything we can to support him.
Legal representation is expensive and time-sensitive. Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward his attorney fees. If you are unable to give, please consider sharing this page and keeping our family in your prayers.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for standing with us during this difficult time.
