Rebel's bulging disc surgery costs

Our Chocolate Lab, Rebel, has been experiencing severe pain from his back, to the point where it can cause him to scream when trying to do simple tasks like laying down. He is just about the sweetest dog on the face of the planet, so seeing him suffer like this brings heartbreak to our entire family. 

Unfortunately, the vet bills associated with getting him a proper diagnosis and surgery, are quite prohibitive for us at this time. We are hoping that the global community out there will be able to help Rebel and our family.
