This fund is set up for CJ Meyer who was injured on 9-21-14 at Noah's MX park in Alabama. CJ suffered multiple brain contusions, severe concussion, broken rib, broken collarbone, broken shoulder blade, and a collapsed lung. He was airlifted to UAB where he was placed in an induced coma. Each day he is weaned off of the sedation to respond to commands only before given more sedation to keep him comfortable and resting. As of 9-30-14 he is still sedated and hasn't regained full consciousness. Doctors predict CJ will make a full recovery but there is no timetable, his recovery could take months.

CJ has only lived in Alabama for 3 months with his fiance and they have no other family in Alabama. His immediate family is here now from Indiana and plan to stay until he recovers. CJ has not been at his current job long enough to have disability benefits and will not have any income until he can return to work. The money from this fund will be used to help with living expenses and medical bills until he recovers.
