On Wednesday April 5th 2023 we tragically lost our beloved Dad/Husband/Brother/Zaidy/Son/Friend, Gary Weiss.

Gary left home for a day full of adventure, outside of Revelstoke BC on his snowmobile however it ended in sudden tragedy. We are all absolutely heartbroken by the accident and were not prepared for this outcome. We want to give Gary the celebration he deserves to honour his memory and say our last goodbyes.

If there were a silver lining during this devastating time, it's the outpouring of support we've received. It’s clear that Gary lived a big life filled with so many friends & family. Gary was a guy we all loved.

This Gofundme has been set up for people to show their support that cannot attend the Celebration of Life and additionally to help the family with unexpected funeral costs. Once the goal is reached, any additional funds left over will be donated to BC Search and Rescue Association. BCSARA is a non-profit organization made up of highly trained volunteers who risk their lives to rescue people in need.

Gary is lived on through his wife of 35 years, Tamar and children Aerielle, Jeremy, Leah and grandson Asher.

We can’t thank each of you enough for reaching out, sharing stories, or sending photos and videos we will cherish forever. Your kindness has been the light that's broken up our darkest days.
