Dear family and friends,
My name is Michelle Lara,
I am the niece of James “Jimbo” Lara.
He was the 3rd victim to loose his life in the terrible acts of violence that occurred At the banning cemetery on August 30th. We are very saddened to let all of his friends and family know that he has lost his battle to fight due to the severity of his injuries from this horrible act that came upon him while he was with his girlfriend and her family at the cemetery that terrible day. Please keep our family in prayer during this difficult time as we are all still trying to process this. We are asking for help. Please share or donate if you can. All donations would be greatly appreciated and will go towards his funeral expenses so that we can lay him to Rest. As you can imagine, no one was prepared for this. Please Pray for Jimbo’s mom (my Grandma), my dad, his 2 sisters, all of us nieces and nephews, for his children that he loved very much, and for the two other souls that also lost their life due to this horrendous act of violence. No one should have to go through what they went through and no family should have to think about any of this. We thank you all for the continued prayers and support and for those who directly reached out in these last few days since this has happened. May god bless you all.
