Help Ishtar get gender reassignment surgery revisions

I'm a 26 year old trans woman from Melbourne who in 2023 travelled to Thailand to have gender reassignment surgery (penile inversion), however, wasn't able to recover properly and ended up with zero depth and a completely closed up vaginal canal. This is an issue that often happens with the penile inversion surgery method and I was very unlucky.

This causes me immense issues as it means I'm unable to have a sex life and I'm also prone to infection.

I've spoken to surgeons in Australia who initially believed they'd be able to fix me, however have since told me they won't be able to repair me enough to be able to have an even remotely functional vagina.

While most surgeons (including my initial one) have ghosted me due to what's been described as the worst case of neovaginal stenosis ever seen, I have managed to find one reputable surgeon in Thailand who got back to me with a quote of 755 000 Thai baht (36 100 Australian dollars) to repair me using the peritoneal pull through method. This method has uses abdominal tissue tp create the vagina and has much higher rates of success than my initial method and is the least likely to have complications, however it is the most expensive.

Factoring air fares, one month stay in Thailand and all the surgery costs, I've estimated a trip to Thailand to get my vagina fixed will cost around $40,000

If there is any money left over it will go to my long recovery which I now have enough of a support network to help me get through. And if I have any money left over after that I will put it towards other trans women's surgeries
