Please help support Kristin Suggs after she lost her home and nearly all of her belongings when a fire destroyed her condo building in Abingdon, Maryland on May 22.

Kristin was several states away the night of the fire. When she returned home she found her building condemned by the fire marshal and her belongings destroyed by the water and smoke damage. She lost just about everything she had.

Kristin has a long, daunting challenge ahead of her. Her initial steps are finding a temporary place to stay, replacing and cleaning clothes, buying a new bed, getting a replacement laptop, and starting to manage the insurance claims process. It is an overwhelming task that is likely to take months and leave her with a large gap between what insurance will cover and the out-of-pocket costs that are already accumulating.

Kristin can use our support to show her that she doesn't have to go through this alone. She can use our support whether it is emotional, spiritual, and, if you feel it is appropriate, financial.
